So we started Mountain BIKE Mondays today. Today was only two of us, but we are hoping to get more involved (one guy said he was coming then said he got hurt this weekend...so maybe next week we'll have three!). But we left from school and took off on our mountain bikes and I just wanted to show you where we went in relationship to my office and my house. It was 12+ miles of which only about 3 were on the pavement. 3334 ft of climbing, GREAT downhills and typically easternly technical! VERY FUN! Oh and it was 77 degrees with a slight 10-13 mph wind...perfect day! Sorry no pictures...maybe next time. Oh and there was this gnarly hike-a-bike section that was on a cliff with major boulders we had to climb over. GOOD TIMES!
